About the role

An experienced hotel general manager is sought to lead an established accommodation and food and beverage operation in Southwest-Coast Regional Victoria, known for its beaches, whale watching and scenic coastline. The role suits a commercially astute hotelier who enjoys day-to-day involvement with guests, team development and strong operational and financial results. Accommodation is provided as part of the package.

Required profile

• Strong senior hotel management experience across rooms and food and beverage
• Proven commercial and operational capability, with a sound understanding of revenue management and financial performance
• Experience leading established teams through change or transition
• Emotionally intelligent, people-focused leader who thrives in a visible, hands-on environment
• Confident representing the hotel in the local community
• Previous branded or franchised hotel experience highly regarded

What we offer

• Salary of $100,000 to $110,000 plus superannuation
