Future Student Advisor - Health

About the role

Torrens University Australia is hiring two Future Student Advisors for its Student Recruitment team, focused on health courses. The role is sales-oriented and connects prospective students with their study aspirations, guiding them from initial enquiry through to enrolment. It is permanent and full-time, with Sydney or Melbourne preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Manage student enquiries, assess applications against published entry criteria and nurture leads
• Provide personalised course and enrolment guidance and refer exceptions to Program Managers
• Contribute to recruitment and enrolment targets
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records, follow up on time and track recruitment performance
• Work with admissions, academic and recruitment teams to support enrolments

Required profile

• Experience in sales, student recruitment, admissions or another target-driven environment
• Strong communication, customer service and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to manage enquiries, follow up leads and hit conversion targets
• Higher education or VET admissions experience is advantageous; a relevant tertiary qualification is desirable

Required skills

• Confidence using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word and Excel
• Organisation, attention to detail and ability to work independently
