Job description
About the role
PwC Australia's Microsoft AI Business Solutions team partners with leading organisations to redesign customer, employee and operational experiences using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio and the broader Microsoft ecosystem. This manager-level role combines business transformation, solution design and delivery leadership, and is not a traditional functional consulting position.
Key responsibilities
- Work with business and technology leaders to define future-state operating models and processes, and lead discovery, design and solution-shaping across customer, service and operational domains.
- Identify opportunities for automation, AI and agent-based experiences, and turn business objectives into Microsoft solution architectures and delivery roadmaps.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across Australian and offshore delivery centres, managing scope, risks, dependencies, quality and stakeholder expectations.
- Drive outcomes through design, build, testing, deployment and adoption, and maintain accountability for delivery quality and client satisfaction.
- Bridge business stakeholders, architects and delivery teams, guiding decisions on process design, data, integration, security and platform governance.
- Facilitate executive and management workshops, partner with Microsoft and client stakeholders, and support pursuits, proposals and growth opportunities.
Required profile
- Significant experience delivering enterprise Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform transformations.
- Experience leading complex workstreams, programs or multidisciplinary delivery teams.
- Experience working with executive stakeholders and business leaders.
- Experience managing delivery risk, dependencies, finances and commercial outcomes.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, customer transformation, service operations, case management, field service or enterprise workflow automation is highly regarded.
Required skills
- Business process and requirements analysis, and solution design and enterprise architecture principles.
- Integration, security, environments, ALM, DevOps and governance.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
What we offer
- Flexibility to choose when, where and how you work.
- Career progression with continuous learning and leadership development.
- Four weeks' annual leave and float public holidays.
- Parental leave of up to 26 weeks.
