Full‑Time Registered Nurse – Hospital‑in‑the‑Home (Sydney)

About the role

Vitalis Healthcare at Home is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join its Hospital‑in‑the‑Home (HITH) division. You will deliver hospital‑level care to patients in the comfort of their own homes across Greater Sydney, working 7 days a week from 7 am to 3 pm.

Key responsibilities

• Visit 4‑7 clients per day, providing high‑quality clinical assessments and treatments.
• Administer IV antibiotics, manage PICC lines, and perform complex wound care.
• Coordinate care plans, educate patients and families on medications and procedures.
• Document all clinical activities accurately and maintain compliance with AHPRA standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years post‑graduate nursing experience, preferably in critical care or general surgery.
• Current AHPRA registration (Division 1) and a valid driver’s licence.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication skills to ensure patient understanding of treatment.
