Receptionist – Part-Time or Full-Time

About the role

The Curtin Vet Clinic is looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the practice. You will work either part‑time or full‑time, supporting clients, pets and the veterinary team in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets with a warm, professional attitude.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments and manage enquiries.
• Process payments and perform basic administrative duties.
• Maintain accurate client and patient records.
• Assist the veterinary team with general clinic coordination.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Required profile

• Friendly, calm and confident in a busy setting.
• Experience in customer service or reception (veterinary or medical background is a plus).
• Well‑organised with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computer systems and scheduling software.
• A genuine love for animals and enjoyment of working with people.
