Full‑Time Registered Nurse – Casterton

About the role

Edgarley Assisted Living is seeking a caring and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high‑quality, resident‑focused care in its Casterton, Victoria facility. Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalised nursing care in line with clinical policies, including medication administration, wound management, continence care and chronic condition management.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and communicate clearly with residents, families and health professionals.
• Supervise Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Workers, promote a positive team environment and support staff mentoring and training.
• Participate in accreditation processes, adhere to infection control and WHS policies, and assist with incident reporting and risk management.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Nursing qualification with current unrestricted AHPRA registration.
• Minimum 2‑3 years of relevant nursing experience, preferably in aged care.
• Valid National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and current First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational abilities and a genuine commitment to supporting older people.
