About the role
Applejack Hospitality Group is seeking a full‑time Cook to join its portfolio of popular Sydney venues. You will be responsible for a specific kitchen section, ensuring it is stocked, pre‑prepared and ready for high‑volume service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage your assigned section (larder, grill, pans, fryer) throughout service.
- Maintain stock levels and prep ingredients to meet demand during busy periods.
Required profile
- Hold at least a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or have 2‑4 years of commercial kitchen experience.
- Experience in high‑volume kitchens and à la carte service, with a strong work ethic and dedication to career growth.
Required skills
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
- Ability to operate all kitchen sections, including grill, pans, larder and fryer.
