Full-time Host at Rooftop Bar

About the role

Join the hottest rooftop bar in Sydney, Zephyr Bar, located on Level 12 of the Hyatt Regency Sydney. As the face of the venue, you will welcome guests with a bubbly, friendly personality and support the management team in daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the management team with the daily operations of the bar.
• Delight guests with exceptional service and create lasting impressions.
• Adapt quickly to the outdoor venue environment and think on your feet.
• Anticipate guests’ needs through observation and proactive service.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a host in a bar or restaurant setting.
• Strong problem‑solving and adaptability skills.
• A passion for people and delivering exceptional service.
• Friendly demeanour with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Valid Australian working rights and a NSW RSA.
• Availability to work a rotating 7‑day roster with late‑night finishes.
