About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Full‑Time Customer Service & Sales Assistant to join the Beacon Lighting store in Darwin. You will help customers find the perfect lighting solutions while delivering an exceptional in‑store experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and outstanding customer service to retail and trade customers.
• Build relationships using loyalty programs and drive sales.
• Develop product knowledge and confidence to support customers.
• Contribute to team success and maintain a positive, collaborative culture.
• Keep the store environment inspiring, clean and well‑presented.

• Previous experience in a customer service environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect genuinely with customers.
• Energetic, enthusiastic approach to all tasks.
• Strong attention to detail.
