About the role

Ayers Rock Resort is looking for a Front Office Assistant Manager to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT, near Uluru. You will support the Front Office Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences and supervising daily front‑desk operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee training, development and performance management of front office team members.
  • Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, checklists and standards.
  • Maintain communication between front desk, concierge and housekeeping to ensure high‑level customer service.

Required profile

  • Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a 4/5‑star hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership and ability to act as a role model for guest interactions.

Required skills

  • Experience with Opera Cloud property management system.
