About the role
The Yook in Baulkham Hills is looking for front-of-house staff (waitstaff) to deliver an outstanding customer experience. The main responsibility is to provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with their orders and requests, and ensuring a five-star dining experience with a high level of housekeeping maintenance.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver superior service and maximise customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Assist in compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Maintain the restaurant's good image and suggest ways to improve it
- Learn the dishes and explain the menu to customers
Required profile
- Interpersonal skills and customer service experience in front of the house
- A love for Korean barbecue
- Eagerness to learn and follow protocols
- Able to travel to Baulkham Hills for training before starting at the Chatswood position
