About the role
As a Restaurant Manager at Zeus Street Greek you will take full ownership of the Baulkham Hills outlet, leading the team to deliver exceptional food, service and culture.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the restaurant leadership team and staff.
- Manage the restaurant’s P&L, drive sales and control costs.
- Maintain highest standards of quality, safety and brand values.
Required profile
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities.
- Proven track record of achieving and driving KPIs.
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
