Front of House Team Member – Café Service

About the role
We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic Front of House Team Members to join our café team at Dôme in Byford. In this role you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and delivering high-quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests, taking orders and answering queries.
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages.
- Deliver food and drinks to tables.
- Clear, reset and clean tables and surrounding areas.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain a tidy environment.
Required profile
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
- Enjoy fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Sunday between 5 am‑9 pm.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Required skills
- Customer service skills.
- Ability to prepare and serve beverages.
