Fractional Senior Marketing Director

About the role

HelloKindred is seeking a Fractional Senior Marketing Director to provide part‑time strategic marketing leadership for a global professional services client. The role is remote with occasional on‑site meetings and supports up to 15 hours per week over a six‑month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan aligned with business objectives.
• Lead integrated campaigns, demand‑generation initiatives and brand positioning.
• Align marketing and sales teams to improve commercial effectiveness.
• Manage marketing budgets, external agencies and performance metrics.
• Establish scalable marketing frameworks and governance across the Australian market.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of senior marketing leadership experience, preferably in technology, SaaS or professional services.
• Proven track record in demand generation, brand strategy and post‑acquisition integration.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as an independent contractor in a remote environment.
