About the role
EIR Labour Hire is hiring a temporary formwork carpenter for active construction sites in Edinburgh. The work covers formwork and residential framing on a commercial project, with ongoing positions available.
Key responsibilities
- Build formwork for concrete pours on civil and commercial projects
- Carpentry for residential framing, roofing and fitout
- Read and work from architectural plans
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely
- Work to schedule on active construction sites
- Follow all site WHS requirements
What we offer
- $61.06 per hour plus $35.00 travel allowance, site allowance, super and overtime
- Hours 7AM to 3PM, typically Monday to Friday, starting ASAP
- Support from supervisors who are trade-qualified and site-focused
