Food & Beverage Supervisor

About the role

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead, mentor and motivate a team to deliver professional, efficient and friendly service across the restaurant and banquet areas of Mercure Melbourne Doncaster.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise Food & Beverage outlet operations during breakfast, lunch and dinner periods.
• Create an energetic environment where team members and guests connect over great food and beverage.
• Communicate and delegate tasks, manage guest queries promptly.
• Assist the manager with performance analysis, rostering, budgeting and staff training.

Required profile

• Passion for customer service and proven supervisory experience in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal skills, problem‑solving ability and calmness under pressure.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts and hold a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate in VIC.
