About the role

Join the iconic Ayers Rock Resort as a Food & Beverage Attendant, delivering memorable hospitality experiences to guests visiting Uluru. You will work onsite in Yulara, providing friendly and efficient service across our various dining outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Follow outlet‑specific service sequences to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and serve beverages in compliance with Northern Territory RSA legislation and house policies.
• Identify and communicate guests' dietary requirements to relevant teams.
• Maintain high guest satisfaction at every touch point of the guest journey.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic customer‑service mindset with a passion for hospitality.
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
• Willingness to live and work onsite in a remote location.
• Ability to pass a national criminal history check.
