Food & Beverage Attendant – On‑site at Desert Gardens Hotel

About the role

Join the team at Desert Gardens Hotel, part of Ayers Rock Resort, and deliver memorable hospitality experiences to guests visiting the iconic Uluru region. As a Food & Beverage Attendant you will work onsite, providing friendly and efficient service across our dining outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Follow outlet‑specific service sequences to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and serve beverages in compliance with Northern Territory RSA legislation and hotel policies.
• Identify and communicate guests’ dietary requirements to relevant staff.
• Maintain high guest satisfaction at every touch point of the guest journey.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic customer‑service mindset with a passion for hospitality.
• Willingness to live and work onsite in Yulara.
• Ability to pass a National Criminal History Check.
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
