About the role

Join the Mode Kitchen & Bar team at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney as a Food & Beverage Attendant, where you will help create memorable dining experiences for guests in a luxury setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and offering menu recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant, bar, and service areas.
• Support special events, functions, and large bookings as needed.

Required profile

• Positive, can‑do attitude with a passion for customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Previous experience in food and beverage service (preferred but not essential).
• Knowledge of menu items, including food, beverages, and wine offerings.
