About the role

Join the vibrant Hop & Huddle Bar & Eatery at Mercure Perth on Hay as a Food & Beverage Attendant. You will be part of a dynamic team delivering exceptional service in a fast‑paced environment known for its extensive beer selection, smoked dishes, and indulgent milkshakes.

Key responsibilities

• Take orders and serve food and beverages with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Provide recommendations on beer & wine pairings, smoked dishes, and milkshakes.
• Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and bar areas.
• Uphold high standards of customer service to create memorable dining experiences.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations across breakfast and dinner shifts.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred.
• Passion and knowledge of beer, smoked food, and milkshakes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Valid RSA certification.
• Availability to work a 7‑day roster, including breakfast and dinner shifts.
