Food and Beverage Team Leader

About the role

Accor is looking for a Food and Beverage Team Leader in Sydney to organise dining experiences and guide a cohesive team so that food and beverage operations run smoothly. The role centres on precision, guest satisfaction and teamwork.

Required profile

• Valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the country, state or territory
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
• Passion for engaging with guests and working within a team of diverse professionals

Required skills

• Proficiency in food and beverage protocols, including table and event service, beverage expertise and coffee crafting
• Confident communication with guests and colleagues for seamless teamwork
• Adaptability across different food and beverage settings
