About the role
Join the Pullman & Mercure King George Square team as a Food and Beverage Attendant supporting conference and event operations. You will deliver friendly, efficient service to guests in a vibrant hotel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide professional food and beverage service to all guests.
- Set up and pack down event spaces, including tea and coffee stations.
Required profile
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.
- Flexibility to work a rotating 7‑day roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
Required skills
- Ability to maintain high and consistent service standards.
