About the role

Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour, a Sofitel property, is hiring a Food and Beverage Attendant for its Atelier restaurant. The role delivers seamless, five-star service with warmth and a personalised touch, guiding guests through the menu, anticipating their needs and presenting dishes with precision and flair. It is a part-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver five-star service with a warm, polished demeanour and a positive, "can-do" attitude
• Guide guests through the menu and share your knowledge confidently
• Anticipate guest needs and present dishes with thoughtfulness and flair
• Work within a collaborative, high-performing team to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction

Required profile

• Naturally engaging, able to connect with guests and anticipate their needs
• Experience in a high-end or fine dining environment is valued
• Current RSA certification
• Flexibility and reliability on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
• Full Australian working rights
