About the role
Soul Origin is an award-winning Australian retail food franchise with over 100 stores, offering coffee and food to customers who are in a hurry. This Customer Service Team Member position is based at the M4 West location and suits someone outgoing, confident and proud of their uniform.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver an excellent customer service experience to customers
- Assist customers with questions and queries
- Carry out general cleaning duties
- Help with stock takes, opening and closing the store, and cleaning
- Prepare basic food items
Required profile
- An approachable demeanour and good communication skills
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required
- Good attention to detail and cash handling skills
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- A flexible approach to work
- Preferred: a minimum of 6 months of fast food or restaurant experience
