About the role
Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa, Broome's premier beachfront resort, is looking for an enthusiastic Demi Chef with experience in premium kitchen service to join one of its restaurants. The restaurant runs a 7-day rotating roster, and the successful candidate will learn and develop skills across all sections of the busy kitchen operation.
Required profile
- Formal qualifications in Commercial Cookery
- Experience in a high-volume a la carte restaurant
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Hotel or resort experience is highly regarded
- Full Australian work rights; only individuals should apply
