FM Maintenance & Data SME (Balcatta Support Centre)

About the role

The FM Maintenance and Data SME will be the primary point of contact for users of the FM Platform, ensuring the systems are fit for purpose, compliant and support business objectives. Based at the Balcatta Support Centre, the role combines facilities‑management expertise with data administration across multiple CMMS solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve FM Platform content, ensuring alignment with statutory, client and contractual requirements.
• Lead the configuration and administration of CMMS tools such as D365 CE, D365 FO, Urbanise and Maximo.
• Support bid development, translating tender requirements into system set‑ups and ensuring compliance with SDX standards.
• Manage master and transactional data, including asset, location and maintenance plan information.
• Create and adjust preventive maintenance schedules, job plans, and set up new contracts or sites in the CMMS.
• Collaborate with FM operations, project teams, vendors and subcontractors to extract, load and validate data.
• Drive continuous improvement, ensuring the system reflects reality and captures positive change.
