The role leads the service and parts operations, overseeing workshop performance, customer experience, parts coordination, staff development and departmental profitability. Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and supervise teams to ensure high performance and professional service delivery.
• Develop and implement operating plans to achieve efficiency, profitability and departmental KPIs.
• Establish budgets based on historical data and future growth projections.
• Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure transparent application of warranty, maintenance and goodwill policies.
• Oversee daily service operations, keeping workflows smooth and service standards high.
• Monitor departmental performance, analyse variances and adjust plans to meet targets.
• Ensure workplace safety, compliance and operational risk control.
• Provide ongoing feedback, performance reviews and training guidance; identify staffing, facility and equipment needs; foster a collaborative, customer-focused team culture.
