Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

About the role

CardioScan, a fast-growing global diagnostics company, is hiring a full-time FP&A Analyst based at its Camberwell, VIC head office. You will support budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and commercial analysis across the group's growing global business, reporting to the Head of FP&A and partnering with Operations, Sales and Regional Leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and commercial analysis
• Turn financial and operational data into insights that support better decision-making
• Contribute to executive reporting and financial modelling
• Help improve reporting and systems capability
• Work across revenue, profitability, asset utilisation, pricing and business performance

Required profile

• 3+ years' experience in FP&A, financial analysis, commercial finance or management accounting
• Relevant degree and progress towards CA, CPA or equivalent
• Commercially curious, analytical, committed to accuracy and data integrity
• Comfortable communicating with finance and non-finance stakeholders and balancing recurring deadlines with ad-hoc work

Required skills

• Strong Excel skills and confidence with large datasets
• Experience with Sage Intacct or a similar ERP
• Power BI, Amazon QuickSight or Tableau is a plus
