Banking Consultant, Camberwell

About the role

ANZ is hiring a Banking Consultant for its Retail Banking division in Camberwell, Victoria. The role is based mainly in branches and focuses on meeting customers' end-to-end financial needs, from transaction activities to needs-based conversations and education on financial solutions, including digital ones. It is a casual position.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting their banking needs across transactions, needs-based conversations and digital solutions.
• Complete customer transactions and carry out needs-based conversations and product fulfilment according to your accreditation level.
• Be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best customer experience.
• Contribute to higher customer engagement and advocacy.
• Support bank programs and initiatives.
• Know your customer from a risk perspective and comply with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Ideally retail experience; not expected to have all listed skills.
• Exceptional customer focus.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to change and ambiguity.
• Willingness to work in a collaborative team.
• Sound understanding of compliance.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of digital channels is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
