Finance Systems Administrator (Finance Transformation)

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Systems Administrator to lead Easygo’s Finance Transformation Programme. Based in our Melbourne office, you will bridge finance and technology, designing data infrastructure and automating core financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain the finance data architecture covering procurement, payments, staff and vendor information.
• Engineer and manage API connections between Jira Service Management and core platforms to create a single source of truth.
• Lead automation of finance operations, including ingestion pipelines, data standardisation, reconciliation and budget tracking.
• Develop end‑to‑end workflows on Jira Service Management for Finance, HR, Legal and IT.
• Implement automated reporting solutions, dashboards and ad‑hoc reports for commercial decisions.
• Explore, evaluate and integrate AI tools for anomaly detection, classification and predictive insights.
• Train finance staff on new data, automation and AI tools and foster cross‑functional collaboration.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance systems administration or similar data‑focused roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate ambiguous requirements into structured solutions.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑moving tech environment.
• Willingness to work onsite in Melbourne for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.
