About the role
A growing aged care organisation in Sydney is looking for an enthusiastic Finance Officer to support its Finance Manager and team. The role provides key administrative support and handles client funding and claims duties as allocated by the General Manager - Finance, contributing to the timeliness, accuracy and integrity of funding and claims processes and monthly financial reporting.
Required profile
- Diploma in finance or accounting
- At least 3 years in an accounting, finance or administrative role
- Competent understanding of Aged Care HCP and CHSP is highly regarded
- Excellent verbal and written communication, multitasking, time management and attention to detail
- Ability to work with confidential information, prioritise tasks and work under pressure
Required skills
- Payroll processing software (the organisation uses The LookOut Way, KeyPay, Xero and Netsuite)
- Funding and claims administration
