Finance Manager – Projects

About the role

Lead the finance function for a major greenfield resources and processing development in Australia. You will build and improve finance systems, provide owner‑side assurance on EPCM costs, and support funding through construction to operations.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and enhance project finance systems, processes and controls.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and management reporting to give clear insight into costs, cash flow and risks.
• Provide owner‑side payment assurance by reviewing EPCM cost reports, forecasts, commitments and payment applications.
• Coordinate inputs to lender and equity models, cash‑flow forecasts and drawdown reporting.
• Support compliance with funding obligations, ESG requirements and corporate governance.

Required profile

• Relevant degree with extensive finance experience in processing, resources or industrial environments.
• Proven experience establishing or improving project finance systems, controls and reporting in complex organisations.
• Strong project accounting, cost control, forecasting and payment assurance capabilities.
• Ability to work in a lean team, take ownership and provide clear, practical financial advice.
