Finance Manager – Luxury Lodge

About the role

The Finance Manager supports the Director of Finance in overseeing all financial and accounting operations for Emirates Wolgan Valley, a Ritz‑Carlton Lodge. The role ensures accurate reporting, budgeting, forecasting and compliance while partnering with operational leaders to drive profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day finance functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll and cash management.
• Prepare timely financial statements, management reports, forecasts and variance analyses.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning processes.
• Coordinate internal, external and regulatory audits and ensure compliance with Marriott policies and local statutory requirements.
• Partner with department heads to provide financial insights, improve operational performance and drive cost‑saving initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, preferably in hospitality or luxury property environments.

Required skills

• Financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong internal controls and audit knowledge.
• Ability to analyze financial performance and recommend corrective actions.
