Finance Manager

About the role

Join a well‑established FMCG organisation with a significant manufacturing operation. As Finance Manager you will partner closely with the Plant Manager and Site Leadership Team to provide commercial insight and financial leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial insight across manufacturing, procurement, logistics, engineering, HR and production planning.
• Lead the monthly site accounting close, reporting, financial analysis and forecasting.
• Oversee standard product costing, new product development, variants, line extensions and trials.
• Manage annual budgets, monthly forecasting and CAPEX planning, including project approval documentation.
• Develop and lead the site finance team, ensuring financial control, integrity and accuracy.

Required profile

• Senior finance experience within FMCG or manufacturing.
• Proven ability to partner with senior operational stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading and developing finance professionals.
