Finance Director – Sales, Marketing & Pricing

About the role

TechnologyOne is seeking a Finance Director to provide strategic financial leadership across Sales, Marketing and Industry functions. The role oversees finance business partnering, revenue and pricing teams, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and delivering commercial insight.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Finance Business Partnering team for the portfolio.
• Oversee the Revenue and Pricing Team, including licensing, revenue recognition, deal pricing and policy compliance.
• Support accurate forecasting, budgeting, financial planning and performance monitoring.
• Develop financial models, reporting and analysis to aid business decision‑making.
• Identify and implement process and system improvements across finance activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, corporate policies, audit requirements and internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related discipline.
• 10‑15 years progressive financial management experience, preferably in an ASX‑listed or SaaS organisation.
• Experience leading finance teams in complex business environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and analytical capabilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• ERP systems experience (TechnologyOne exposure advantageous).
• Use of AI and automation tools for finance processes, reporting and analysis.
• Salesforce and CPQ experience.
