Finance Business Partner

About the role

Join Easygo’s Commercial Finance team in Melbourne and own the financial analysis that drives investment, pricing and market entry decisions across multiple entities, currencies and jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the annual budget and quarterly forecasts, building integrated P&L, cash‑flow and operating‑driver models.
• Own monthly commercial and executive reporting with variance commentary and actionable recommendations.
• Track headcount, opex and capex against plan, flagging risks and opportunities early.
• Partner with business unit leaders as a trusted finance adviser, challenging investment proposals.
• Analyse returns on pricing, promotional and marketing activity and support vendor negotiations.
• Build country and market prioritisation models, including licence fees, taxes and compliance costs.
• Develop unit‑economics and profitability analysis to inform entry, investment and exit decisions.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics to create reporting tools, dashboards and automation.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering.
• Relevant tertiary qualification (Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics) and CA/CPA/CIMA certification or near completion.
• Strong financial modelling and data analysis abilities with advanced Excel skills.
• Experience working across multiple entities, currencies and jurisdictions in a fast‑growth environment.
• Excellent written communication and ability to translate financial concepts for executive audiences.
