About the role
Public Sector People is recruiting on behalf of a local government organisation in Sydney for a Finance Administrator. This is a 3-month contract starting immediately, paid at $40-45 per hour plus superannuation.
Key responsibilities
- Handle high-volume data entry and update financial records.
- Check data for accuracy and correct discrepancies.
- Upload and maintain financial documents and records.
- Assist with general finance administration during the system transition.
- Liaise with the finance team to resolve data queries.
Required profile
- Experience within local government or working in a politically sensitive environment.
Required skills
- Previous experience with TechOne, Content Manager/TRIM, Authority or Pathway is highly regarded.
