About the role
In partnership with Nespresso, we are seeking a natural leader with a passion for retail and sales to join our team on a full‑time basis. Working Thursday to Monday, you will develop account coordination skills during the week and lead a high‑performing Brand Ambassador team on weekends.
Key responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day client operations and program delivery.
- Lead, coach and motivate a team of Brand Ambassadors to achieve strong sales results.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and clients.
- Conduct store visits, monitor execution standards and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Assist with rostering, onboarding and team communication.
- Drive team performance against KPIs and program expectations.
Required profile
- Experience in retail, field marketing or FMCG (highly regarded).
- A natural leader who enjoys coaching and supporting others.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical capability.
- Available Thursday–Monday (weekends essential).
Required skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
