Field Service Technician – Pumps, Cyclones & Valves

About the role

As a Field Service Technician you will be the first point of contact for customers using pumps, cyclones and valves. You will travel to customer sites across Australia to install, commission, maintain, repair and audit equipment, while ensuring safety and OEM‑level quality.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, servicing and breakdown repairs on PCV equipment both on‑site and in the workshop.
• Install, commission and audit pumps, cyclones and valves at local and interstate locations.
• Prepare photographic reports, recommendations and service documentation for customers.
• Collaborate with FLS PCV Service Engineers to deliver technical solutions to OEM standards.
• Maintain workshop activities such as equipment preparation, refurbishment and preventive maintenance.

Required profile

• Trade qualification (e.g., mechanical, electrical or related).
• Previous field service experience, preferably with pumps, cyclones or valves.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel interstate.
• Strong physical fitness and commitment to safety and compliance.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Good communication, organisational and customer‑service skills.
