Field Service Technician – NSW (Coffee Machines)

About the role

We are looking for a Field Service Technician to deliver premium coffee‑machine service across NSW, supporting customers in metro, regional and remote locations. Based in Rhodes, you will work directly with the Technical Manager and turn each service visit into a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, perform preventive maintenance and install coffee machines, followed by functional testing.
• Build strong relationships with key accounts, HoReCa and B2B stakeholders through professional communication.
• Own service recovery and escalations, providing clear updates and coordinating support until resolution.
• Apply structured fault‑finding and evidence‑based testing to improve first‑time‑fix rates.
• Share field insights, support state TSP performance and help colleagues develop technical capability.

Required profile

• Calm, optimistic attitude with genuine pride in helping customers.
• Proven hands‑on field service experience with coffee machines or similar commercial equipment.
• Strong customer‑facing communication skills, able to manage B2B service recovery.
• Restricted electrical licence or relevant electrical/mechanical trade qualification and a valid driver’s licence.
• Safety‑first mindset, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel across metro, regional and remote sites as required.
