Field Service Technician (Monday/Friday)

About the role

A client of WorkPac, a supplier of premium machinery and automation solutions for the aluminium, uPVC and façade industries, is looking for an experienced Field Service Technician in Castle Hill, Sydney. The position is casual, pays $57.65 per hour plus penalties, starts immediately and involves attending customer sites.

Key responsibilities

• Attend customer sites to carry out preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Install, commission and test mechanical, electrical and pneumatic machinery.
• Diagnose faults and perform repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems.

Required profile

• Experience servicing, maintaining or repairing industrial machinery and equipment.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems.
• Strong attention to detail and a logical approach to problem solving.

Required skills

• Strong mechanical and electrical skills with proven fault-finding ability.
• Installation, commissioning and testing of mechanical, electrical and pneumatic machinery.
