Field Service Supervisor

About the role

The Field Service Supervisor leads people and processes to deliver a competitive and profitable field service operation for Sandvik, ensuring best‑in‑class customer service across surface equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan labour and resource utilisation effectively.
• Supervise and direct field service technicians daily.
• Process and respond to warranty claims.
• Develop and train field service personnel.
• Coordinate customer liaison, site visits and project‑based work.
• Manage field service jobs using the computer maintenance system.

Required profile

• Proven supervisory experience in a mechanical workshop or field service environment.
• Recognised mechanical trade qualification with at least five years post‑trade experience.
• Certificate IV or Diploma in Business (Front Line Management) highly regarded.
• Strong commitment to EHS leadership and achievement of operational goals.
• Right to live and work in Australia.
