Field Service Manager

About the role

KONE is looking for a Field Service Manager to join its service team in Hobart, Tasmania. In this leadership role you will coordinate and support field technicians, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency and an outstanding customer experience. The position is advertised directly by KONE and applicants must be Australian or New Zealand citizens or hold Australian permanent residency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of field technicians to achieve high performance and engagement
• Plan and coordinate maintenance and repair activities for efficient service delivery
• Manage scheduling, administration and operational processes to support daily business
• Monitor inventory and materials so jobs are completed effectively and on time
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular site visits and engagement
• Drive a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional service outcomes

Required profile

• Experience coordinating people, projects or operations in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership potential and the ability to motivate and develop others
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
• Customer-focused mindset and commitment to safety and quality standards
• Willingness to travel statewide as required
