Field Sales Engineer - Process Heat Exchangers

About the role

Alfa Laval, a global leader in heat transfer solutions, is hiring a Field Sales Engineer for its Process Heat Exchangers team in Brisbane. You will partner with existing customers and develop new business across diverse industries, from mining and chemicals to renewable energy and emerging technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with key accounts and identify new opportunities.
• Deliver tailored solutions that improve efficiency and reduce energy footprints.
• Prepare and deliver technical-commercial proposals aligned with customer specifications and company requirements.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Represent Alfa Laval at customer meetings, webinars and industry events.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (or similar).
• 5+ years in technical sales, ideally in industrial process equipment.
• Knowledge of separation technologies is an added advantage.
