About the role

Join the Karrinyup Nespresso boutique as a Festive Casual Boutique Coffee Specialist for the busy holiday season. You’ll help create memorable moments for customers while sharing the joy of premium coffee and gifts.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver warm, premium customer service to boutique visitors.
• Assist customers in selecting coffees, machines, and gift items.
• Share product knowledge confidently and accurately.
• Maintain the boutique’s visual standards and cleanliness.
• Support teammates in a fast‑paced, seasonal environment.

Required profile

• Availability from early November 2026 through late January 2027, including weekends and public holidays.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, sales or customer service.
• Friendly, engaging approach with strong interpersonal skills.
• Reliability, flexibility and a positive team attitude.
• Legal right to work in Australia.
