Factory HR Business Partner – Site Leadership

About the role

As a key member of the site leadership team, the Factory HR Business Partner will shape and execute the strategic direction of the site. You will provide high‑impact HR leadership, advisory services and act as a liaison with Head Office to align global and local people strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership to foster a high‑performance culture and deliver HR site priorities.
• Implement HR processes, policies and projects that support the Factory Master Plan and global initiatives.
• Validate workforce metrics, oversee recruitment, onboarding and provide comprehensive HR support to leaders and employees.
• Manage complex industrial relations issues, including grievances, investigations, disciplinary actions and Enterprise Agreement negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Work legislation, EEO requirements and employment contracts.
• Oversee end‑to‑end payroll accuracy for EBA employees and support global compliance requirements.
• Manage training and health‑wellbeing budgets, coordinate wellbeing campaigns and engagement activities.
• Act as Business Integrity Officer for the site.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in a related field.
• Previous HR generalist or business partner experience, preferably in a factory environment.
• Strong understanding of employment legislation and compliance.
• Excellent communication skills across all organisational levels.
• Satisfactory National Police Check.

• MS Office proficiency.
