Factory HR Business Partner

About the role

The Factory HR Business Partner is a core member of the site leadership team, responsible for shaping and executing the strategic direction of the manufacturing site. This role provides high‑impact HR leadership, advisory services and cultural transformation support to both managers and employees.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership to build a high‑performance culture and deliver HR priorities aligned with the Factory Master Plan.
• Manage end‑to‑end HR processes, policies and projects that support site‑specific business goals.
• Validate workforce metrics, oversee recruitment, onboarding and provide comprehensive HR support to all site leaders and staff.
• Act as Business Integrity Officer and handle complex industrial relations matters, including grievances, investigations, disciplinary actions and Enterprise Agreement negotiations.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Work legislation, EEO requirements and employment contracts, and serve as the primary liaison with union representatives.
• Oversee payroll accuracy for EBA employees, support global compliance requirements, and manage training, health‑wellbeing and engagement budgets.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in a related field.
• Previous experience as an HR generalist or business partner, preferably in a factory environment.
• Strong understanding of employment legislation and compliance.
• Excellent communication skills across all organisational levels.
• Satisfactory National Police Check.

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
