Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with senior business leaders.

• Create and execute a personal market growth plan.

Required profile

• Proven track record in 360° agency recruitment.
• Strong business development capability.
• Experience managing permanent and/or contract recruitment desks.
• Commercial acumen with a consultative approach.
• Competitive mindset and passion for achieving results.
• Genuine desire to build a life and career in Sydney.
