Experienced Formworker – Civil Construction

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Formworker to join Georgiou’s Tonkin Extension Alliance project, a major civil infrastructure development in Perth. The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays as required.

Key responsibilities

• Construct and maintain conventional timber and steel formwork systems for bridge structures and concrete elements.
• Support major civil works, including bridge construction and other concrete components.
• Assist across site activities and collaborate with construction teams.
• Maintain high safety standards and ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements.

Required profile

• Proven formwork trade experience using timber and steel systems.
• Previous civil construction experience, preferably on large bridge projects.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Valid C Class driver’s licence and White Card.
• Excellent safety record.

Required skills

• Formwork erection and maintenance (timber and steel).
• Telehandler operation – ticket required.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
