About the role
We are seeking an Executive Manager – Legal, Governance & Chief of Staff to work closely with our CEO, overseeing governance, compliance, legal coordination and executive priorities across a growing group of organisations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage external legal advisers and maintain compliance registers.
- Oversee board governance, NDIS audits and ACNC reporting.
- Prepare executive briefings and ensure actions across the business are followed through.
Required profile
- Experienced professionals from Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, paralegal, legal operations or governance backgrounds.
- Comfortable working closely with senior leadership in a fast‑moving environment.
Required skills
- Strong understanding of governance, compliance and legal coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships and drive executive priorities.
What we offer
- $90,000 base salary plus superannuation.
- Performance bonus opportunity up to 10% of base salary.
